The cost of participation in the Symposium is:
– single room – 710 EUR + VAT/person,
– double room – 590 EUR + VAT/person,
(includes: two night’s accommodation and meals from October 7-9, 2026, participation in sessions, electronic conference materials, participation in accompanying events, and parking).
The person presenting the article is entitled to a 50% discount (applies to one author).
The completed registration form should be sent to the XXVIII Symposium Secretariat (sympozjum@pronovum.pl) by September 23, 2026.
After registering the registration form, the Organizer will send confirmation of participation, along with a pro forma document which will serve as the basis for payment. Sending the registration form to the XXVIII Symposium Secretariat is tantamount to an obligation to pay the gross participation fee for the individuals indicated in the registration, within 14 days of receiving the confirmation of participation, to the
Pekao S.A. account no. 59 1240 1330 1111 0011 3691 4090, marked „XXVIII Symposium,” along with the company’s Tax Identification Number (NIP), but no later than two days before the Symposium begins. Due to limited space and late payment, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel registration confirmation.
The withdrawal from participation in the Symposium can be made by the Participant or the Registrant in written form (to the email address: sympozjum@pronoum.pl) no later than 21 days before the date of the Symposium. In the case of withdrawal made in accordance with the rules and within the deadline specified above, the Organizer will refund the fee. The Organizer does not refund the fee if the Participant or the Registrant designates another person in place of the person to whom the withdrawal applies. In the case of withdrawal made after the deadline specified above, the Organizer will not refund any fee already paid, and in the event that the Participant or the Registrant has not paid the fee, the Participant or the Registrant is obliged to pay the full fee despite the submitted withdrawal. Failure to cancel the registration and not attending the Symposium, as well as failure to pay the fee on time, does not constitute withdrawal from participation and results in the Participant or the Registrant being charged the full participation costs.
